2. Responsible Security Testing
Cyse connects organisations with accredited cybersecurity professionals and AI systems. All security testing, assessments, or investigative activities must:
- Be conducted under explicit written authorisation
- Be within agreed scope and contractual boundaries
- Comply with responsible disclosure standards
- Avoid unnecessary service disruption or data exposure
Unauthorised or out-of-scope testing is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, infrastructure, or other users’ accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt platform security controls
- Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate proprietary components of the platform
- Misrepresent credentials, certifications, or professional experience
4. AI & Automation Usage
Where Cyse provides access to AI systems or automated security tooling:
- AI systems must not be used to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive outputs
- Users must not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass system safeguards
- AI outputs must be independently validated before operational deployment
Cyse reserves the right to restrict access to AI systems where misuse is detected.
5. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Users must:
- Protect confidential and personal information obtained through engagements
- Comply with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR, US state privacy laws, and the Australian Privacy Act)
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
Any unauthorised disclosure of client data may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
6. Professional Conduct
Users engaging via the Cyse marketplace must act with integrity, professionalism, and good faith.
- Deliver services within agreed scope and timeframe
- Communicate transparently with clients
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Maintain valid professional certifications where represented
7. Platform Integrity
You must not take any action that:
- Compromises platform stability or availability
- Attempts to bypass payment, escrow, or engagement mechanisms
- Uses the platform to solicit off-platform arrangements in breach of contractual terms
